La m\u00eame activit\u00e9 peut repr\u00e9senter beaucoup plus de temps dans un magasin que dans un autre, m\u00eame si les deux magasins ont des revenus \u00e9gaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les budgets de main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre sont ainsi souvent en d\u00e9calage avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 actuelle d&#8217;un magasin.<\/p>\n<h2>Quatre conditions pr\u00e9alables pour l\u2019excellence<\/h2>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9volutionner leur planification du travail et la budg\u00e9tisation, les d\u00e9taillants innovants ne sont pas simplement appuy\u00e9s sur une gestion de la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi. En revanche, les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au <strong>r\u00e9approvisionnement<\/strong> peuvent prendre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 70% du total des heures de travail dans un magasin.<\/p>\n<h2>Mise en \u0153uvre et d\u00e9ploiement<\/h2>\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre d&#8217;une approche par activit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessite un outil qui peut transformer les donn\u00e9es entrantes en valeurs utiles pour les g\u00e9rants de magasin.
