Les <strong>challengers classiques<\/strong> qui peuvent \u00eatre\u00a0des banques en lignes ou des acteurs bancaires traditionnels qui estiment avoir une approche diff\u00e9rentiante. Les <strong>challengers industriels<\/strong> qui proposent des services bancaires \u00e0 leurs clients. Le rapport de Mai 2016 int\u00e8gre une troisi\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;acteurs:\u00a0les <strong>challengers digitaux\u00a0<\/strong>(ou\u00a0n\u00e9obanques dans le jargon FinTech) tels que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atombank.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Atom Bank<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/getmondo.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mondo<\/a><\/strong> ou <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fidorbank.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">Fidor Bank<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>qui ont connu une croissance importante\u00a0sur 2015\/2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On peut voir dans le rapport que les challengers, au sens large du terme, offrent\u00a0des <strong>taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat bien plus int\u00e9ressants<\/strong> aux \u00e9pargnants, ont une <strong>structure de co\u00fbt beaucoup plus souple<\/strong> et d\u00e9livrent des <strong>rendements plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/strong> aux investisseurs. Dans un rapport intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>Banking the Customer Experience Dividend\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, KPMG soulignait que la <strong>personnalisation du service<\/strong> comptait pour\u00a0<strong>23% de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur<\/strong>.
